Senior Building Surveyor

A privately owned, nationwide firm of commercial property consultants are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their flagship Cambridge office.

This is a balanced project/professional services role meaning the successful Senior Building Surveyor will carry out the full remit of traditional building surveying duties ranging from pre-acquisition surveys to project delivery.

Offering advice throughout the property cycle, this forward-thinking consultancy prioritise giving employee's the chance to stand out and welcome staff input to help drive the team forward.

The Role of the Successful Senior Building Surveyor

  • Dilapidations advice (predominantly landlord focused)
  • Acting as contract administrator
  • Project delivery
  • Defect diagnosis
  • Preparing specifications

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will also be expected to build a portfolio of key client relationships both internally and externally.

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor

  • 3+ years commercial property experience as a building surveyor
  • MRICS
  • A team player mentality with a willingness to develop and learn new skills

In Return, the Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will receive
