SENIOR TRAFFIC ENGINEER

Plymouth is a City that has ambitious agendas for growth and economic development, with Highways playing a key role in delivering, maintaining and improving the Highway Network necessary to support the City’s programmes.
Improving safety for all road users, reducing congestion and understanding the day to day issues that impact on the travelling public will be priorities for the post holder. Working closely with strategic partners, both internally and externally, including the Police, you will have excellent communication skills and management expertise to focus the Teams efforts aimed at delivering identified improvements.
You will be experienced in Traffic Management and lead on important areas including speed management, collision reduction, traffic management and parking design, Traffic Regulation Orders and RSAs.
