Job Details
Peace Recruitment have been exclusively engaged to partner with a multi-disciplined Construction Consultancy who benefit from having an office network across Scotland. The opportunity, which has arisen due to new contract wins, is ideally for a newly/recently Chartered Surveyor who may be looking for a move within a successful firm, where there is a path for progression.
Preferred Experience:
Building condition surveys
Dilapidations
Contract administration
Party wall matters
Liaison with clients
Measured building surveys
Report writing on many subjects
The salary for the successful individual will be gauged on experience but is likely to range from £33k - £38k.
