An independent property consultant in Gravesend, Kent is seeking a Chartered/Building Surveyor to join their team.

My client provides property expertise across Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Project Management disciplines. They successfully undertake projects across the residential; education, healthcare, leisure and commercial sector. Predominately work is in the South East Region.

• Party Wall Matters
• Technical Due Diligence
• Dilapidations
• Client facing

Successful Surveyor;

• MRICS or working towards this status
• Relevant Bachelors or Masters degree
• A team player, enthusiastic and proactive
• Full UK Drivers Licence
