Right now, we’re looking to recruit even more residential surveyors and registered valuers to our nationwide teams, all of whom are now benefiting from our industry-leading technology.

We are now seeking Surveyors in Cumbria on a Consultancy or Zero Hours employed basis to provide availability in the region. The benefits of ZC and ZH are that they provide a level of flexibility on both sides, but with a consistency of workload where demand is high.

We need our Consultants and Zero Hours to have a strong level of experience in Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports, so a minimum of 2 years PQE is a necessity. Interested Consultants will also need a minimum of £1m of PI insurance in order to be considered. ZC and ZH surveyors may also pick up Building Survey work where qualified. 

The main details:

You’ll need to be a RICS registered valuer with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in residential surveying. If you opt for ZH, you’ll be based from home. Employed positions can benefit from a company car or allowance and PLC benefits.

We believe that ZC and ZH opportunities will interest a large selection of residential surveyors, because work/life balance and flexibility is an important part of our approach, we always welcome applications from surveyors interested in both Full and Part time positions, but those seeking opportunities on a Consultancy or Flexible Hours basis are of particular interest in these areas.
