Assistant Project Manager

A superb opportunity has been created for an assistant project manager to join an award winning, top 20 multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy in London. Services they offer include project management, building surveying, architecture, civil engineering and more.

The team in London is led by the head of project management who is also partner in the business. They are consistently growing due to the amount of work being secured and need an APM to help support the workload.

You will be working in multiple different sectors including, residential, commercial, education, healthcare and more. Projects that you will be assisting on range between £1 million and £50 million in value. It is therefore essential that you have had exposure to projects within this range.

The business will give you full support towards your professional development and encourage you to fulfil your potential within the partnership.

You must have construction related degree and ideally have relevant experience within the aforementioned sectors. You will also need to be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between clients and project teams.
