Building Surveyor

An expanding chartered building surveying practice based in Mayfair are seeking a client-focused Building Surveyor, proficient in running small-medium scale projects to join their close-knit yet expanding team.

The successful Building Surveyor will carry out a varied traditional building surveying role including design and specification, project delivery and party wall work on a variety of properties covering both the private residential and commercial markets.

Structured APC support provided for those working towards achieving MRICS.

The Successful Building Surveyor

  • 2+ years private practice/consultancy experience
  • Proficient in delivering projects (medium/small scale)
  • 12+ months APC logged
  • A client facing demeanour with the hunger and ambition to achieve MRICS chartership

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor

Will receive;

  • 30,000 - £40,000
