A globally respected and multi-disciplined commercial property consultancy located in Manchester are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their award-winning international consultancy.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will work alongside private investment companies, institutions and corporate clients on a mix of both professional and project work.

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will be taking responsibility for managing both the client and project teams to deliver building surveying services profitably and on time.

The Role of The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will include;

• Working from inception to completion with minimal supervision
• Building surveys for investment or occupation
• Contract Administration
• Preparation of specifications and schedules of work
• Schedules of dilapidations

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have;

• MRICS (2+ years PQE)
• Excellent time management skills
• Appreciation of professional and project based building surveying matters
• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
• General understanding of the local and wider property market

In Return, The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;

• £40,000 - £50,000
