Are you an experienced MRICS / FRICS / AssocRICS and VRS qualified Residential Surveyor? Have you suffered a drop in volume, quality of work or had your patch parameters widened to include areas that you would not normally expect to cover?
Is your present employer a panel manager or simply panel appointed, the latter often meaning lower fees and volumes when the market tightens.
At BBL, we have recruited for the Residential Sector for over two decades, during which time we have worked through downturns, financial crises, extremely buoyant markets and subdued ones, meaning whatever your situation our extensive client base and expertise enable us to help quickly and discreetly.
About the Role
One of our clients, a property and financial services group with major panel management contracts, seeks quality focused Residential Surveyors for low volume, high fee work in the following locations:
- Skipton / Keighley
- Dorchester / Bournemouth
- Bury St.Edmunds / Needham Market
- Llandudno/Colwyn Bay
- Dereham / Norwich
- Plymouth / Tavistock
With a 5 point per day expectation, bonus scheme based on gross fees and basic salary range above current market trends, their proposition is one that appeals to both earnings motivated and lifestyle improvement seeking surveyors alike.
In terms of report types and volumes, our client undertakes a predominantly Mortgage Valuation workload with some HBR’s and very few building surveys.
Their patches are close-knit, logically booked and typically consist of a very small number of postcodes.
With regards to technology, our client uses I-pads equipped with all the software required to enable doorstep sign off.
