Associate Building Surveyor

An industry-leading commercial property consultancy is seeking a client-focused, business-minded Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Leeds based team.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have a private practice/consultancy background and be comfortable working in professional and project based work in the commercial sector

As the successful Associate Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring junior surveyors, whilst building a portfolio of key client relationships.

The Role of The Successful Associate Building Surveyor will include;

  • Schedules of dilapidations
  • Specification writing
  • Party wall matters
  • Client liaison
  • Mentorship of junior surveyors

The Successful Associate Building Surveyor will have;

  • MRICS (3+ years PQE)
  • Commercial property experience
  • Proficient in carrying out core professional services
  • Confident in carrying out business development and mentoring junior surveyors
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

In Return, The Successful Associate Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £45,000 - £55,000
