Commercial Surveyor

Long established Chartered Surveyors we are looking for an experienced, motivated Valuer to undertake a wide variety of commercial valuations across the county. Our clients include High Street Banks, corporate lenders and private clients.
We require the applicant to have significant experience with bank lending valuations to include business valuations, development work, retail, office and leisure sector.
Awareness of SLAs and the drive to build an already successful business is essential with early prospects of advancement for the right applicant.
