A new Director of Estates and Facilities is now being sought to work closely with colleagues across the institution. The role reports to the Director of Finance, Ian Pleace who is also responsible for Finance and IT&IS.

The Director of Estates and Facilities is the senior professional with responsibility for the provision of a high quality estate which meets the needs of the College and its strategy. This includes responsibility both for the College’s day-to-day estates operations (including facilities management) and the strategic development of the College’s estate. A key requirement is to work closely with the College’s Chief Information Officer in developing a holistic approach to the strategic development of the College’s infrastructure.

An excellent manager of people, you will have a sound understanding of stakeholder expectations, particularly those of students and staff. You should have a commitment to professional excellence, and proven experience of collaborative working with both professional and academic colleagues.
