I am currently working with a small firm of chartered surveyors who have the requirement for a commercial valuations professional due to the workload being provided by their clients. The role is covering the Midlands and South Midlands and the role is home based, that's right, no need to go to the office for the sake of it. You will be provided with laptop/Ipad and software to complete your valuations whilst out in the field along with a car to get you to your valuation appointments. Did I mention a salary of £40-45,000 and pension along with healthcare. If this package isn't enough for you then there will be a discretionary company bonus and to top it off there is potential for equity in the company in the future.
