This company is a well respected multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in Surrey that is looking to take on board a Senior Quantity Surveyor to come in and join a dispute resolution team to work on claims preparation, quantum, and traditional quantity surveying duties

Location: Surrey (KT5) plus benefits

Salary: £350 per day

They undertake Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Surveying and work for leading clients and have an excellent reputation. The consultancy work on a wide range of projects that include high value commercial offices, large high-end residential and large mix used schemes

About the Opportunity:

They are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has traditional PQS quantity surveying experience to work on a large international build projects but being based in their office in Surrey. The project has a massive claim and they are doing Quantity Surveying to assist with quantum.  Claims experience isn't necessary but good core quantity surveying skills are.

Salary & Benefits for the Quantity Surveyor:

£350 per day
