Principal Surveyor - Valuations

Joshua Robert Recruitment are working with a commercially focused Public Sector organisation based in Nottingham.  With a variety of development presently underway and an interesting property portfolio, this innovative organisation is now looking for a high calibre individual to join their growing team.

As a Principal Surveyor you will play an integral role within a busy property team; leading on the provision of property advise and the undertaking of development viability assessments, valuations and development appraisals in respect of their wide Property Portfolio. 

With over £250million invested in the last 2 years across land holdings, assets in the city and blue chips assets locally and nationally, this role will require a commercially minded professional to come on board and really drive their valuation offering.

The successful individual will be a RICS Registered Valuer with relevant post qualification experience.  You must possess detailed technical understanding of the development process for a wide portfolio of development schemes. In addition, you will have a sound knowledge of the law and the valuation practises required in managing a mixed property portfolio.
