Estates Surveyor - L&T (6m FTC)

Joshua Robert Recruitment are working with a Public Sector organisation based in Nottingham.  With an increased workload and upcoming team restructure there is an immediate need for an experienced Surveyor to lead their Landlord and Tenant services.

Taking on a portfolio of commercial property and multiple leases, you will be acting as both landlord and tenant within your role.  On a day to day basis you will be dealing with any L&T issues, service charge budgets and property/asset management, along with rent reviews and lease renewals. 

The successful candidate will ideally be Chartered and will have proven and demonstratable experience within a Commercial Estate Management role.  You will have experience in managing your own varied caseload of work, including specific Landlord and Tenant tasks, such as undertaking Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews.

In addition and as you will be required to provide the highest customer service levels in order to maintain the solid reputation of the current property team, a natural ability to build and maintain rapport is essential. 

In return for your hard work, the organisation is offering a generous day rate and a guaranteed contract of 6 months (with the potential to be extended).
