Contract Administrator / Employers Agent / Dispute Management Specialist

Leading independent firm of construction consultants is currently seeking an experienced contract administrator / dispute management specialist to front a specialist service within the business with a focus on providing expert impartial advice and contract knowledge to a blue-chip client base.
You will carry out both a contract administrator and employer's agent role as well dealing with adjudication and providing advice on contract queries.
Sectors covered will be hospitality, retail and residential with a particular focus on hotel refurbishments and project sizes will generally range between £10m - £100m.
Your role, working with clients, will be proactively mitigating risk by managing the contractual process, ensuring all parties are aware of contractual requirements and guiding contracts to successful conclusion.
The objective of this role is to ensure that a high standard of contract administration is provided both directly and indirectly across the company.
MRICS qualified you will have high level experience of contract administration/employer’s agent role, be able to confidently engage with internal teams to answer queries and provide JCT contract training where necessary.
