Retail Lease Advisory Surveyor - Manchester City Centre

A new and exciting post has become available at a highly regarded consultancy in Manchester City Centre. The firm are seeking to recruit a surveyor/senior surveyor to their ranks to undertake Lease advisory work, predominantly around the retail sector. Applicants will accordingly have a good experience with the sector and will be proficient in undertaking lease renewals, rent reviews and regears. F/MRICS is desired in this role however part qualified professionals will be considered. The salary will be dependent on the individual and the level of experience possessed, however will be circa £35-42,000 with a car allowance of up to £5,500 .
