A leading property consultancy have instructed Beach Baker to recruit an occupational agency surveyor to join the team based in Bristol. This position is for client-facing senior operator to mainly manage a high-profile developer client across the South West area. This client is very important to the wider office therefore this is a crucial strategic appointment.
We are seeking a qualified RICS surveyor with a proven background in logistics agency. Strong and long-lasting relationships with clients are in place and therefore we need a determined and committed agent to services the caseload of instructions as well as open up new relationships internally and seek out business development opportunities in the regional market when required. This client has sole agency or joint agency on several high-profile developments and is therefore one of the market leaders. You will head up a small team of surveyors and support staff although no previous management experience is required.
The team is multi-disciplined large sized office, which have an excellent regional reputation. The successful candidate will have experience in Agency not necessarily locally, we welcome applications from other regional centres in the UK (especially London) looking for a move to one of the best rated cities to live in Britain.
