Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our clients are a well-established Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy operating across multiple market sectors including hospitality, leisure, recreation, residential, insurance, education, health and transportation. As they continue to expand, they are currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in West London.

They're ideally looking for someone MRICS qualified with a minimum of 10 years' experience working in a consultancy or main contractor background. Candidates must have experience managing multiple projects from inception through to completion, preferably with experience working on projects across multiple market sectors. Experience managing a team of junior Surveyors is desirable. This is a client-facing role so excellent communication skills are essential. In return, they're offering a competitive salary up to £65K plus package with further progression prospects.

Requirements:
- MRICS qualified
- Minimum of 10 years' experience, preferably from a consultancy background
- BSc Quantity Surveying Degree
- Experience managing multiple projects from inception through to completion
- Experience across multiple market sectors
- Able to manage a team of junior surveyors
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisation skills
- Strong IT skills
- Full UK Drivers Licence
