My client are a name known for their successes within the construction industry across the UK. With a busy office in Edinburgh, they are looking to bring on a new Project Manager / Employers Agent and take on an amazing, mixed-use development in the city centre.

The successful Project Manager / Employers Agent will offer the following:
- A BSc or MSc in Project Management or Development Management
- MRICS is ideal, or an affiliation with another respected education body
- Proven success working for a construction consultancy in the UK
- Ideally experience in both PM and Employers Agent roles
- Proven success working on projects from inception through to competion
- Client facing, highly professional, and a strong communicator verbally and in writing
In return, the successful Project Manager / Employers Agent will be offered a generous remuneration package of £50,000 - £60,000 + package, and the chance to work for one of the most successful consultancies in the UK.
