Are you looking for a Senior role managing a varied portfolio with flexible working hours?
A public sector client based in the Midlands is looking for a Principal Surveyor to lead the delivery of a wide range of multi-disciplinary estate management and valuation services.
The Role:
- Identify under performing property assets and opportunities to generate income
- Assist the Team Leader with the management of workloads for the Estates Team
- Help with the development of property strategies
- Ensure occupation costs are minimised through regular review of rating liability
About You:
- You will be at an advantage if you hold MRICS
- It is preferred if you have knowledge of changes in legislation affecting the property profession
- A knowledge of rating and asset valuation processes will give you an advantage
