Following a recent service review there are a number of new posts and vacancies created in the Asset Management and Estates Team. The Asset Management Officer is a new role, responsible for undertaking general Property Asset Management, delivering an effective and reliable service that develops and co-ordinates property asset management across County Council services.

You will undertake, deliver, and lead where required on projects within the Council’s Property Asset Management Strategy, carrying out options appraisals, commissioning viability and feasibility studies and helping to shape the Property Asset Management Plans with the County Councils operational Services. You will own the maintenance of the Asset Strategy documentation, ensuring information and plans are up to date to help inform decision making and maintain good communication across the corporate landlord function and with service leads in other Directorates.
