Associate Director

Carriera has been retained to secure an associate director for a highly successful property and construction consultancy who are specialists in project management, development management and employer's agent services for developers and owner/occupiers.

About the client; 

Our client is a very high performing property and construction consultancy who deliver complex projects within retirement/later living, student accommodation, commercial offices and school buildings.

The company consists of twelve people of which one is a Director and two are Associates who all have experience in delivering key projects for their repeat clients. The project management team is made up of seven people who all help to produce on a number of exciting and interesting projects. They are looking for a hands-on associate director who is keen to drive the business forward and in return you will work on projects ranging from £15 million up to £80 million.

They will offer you the chance to guide your own career path and work on some challenging projects all within a team environment that is geared towards the overall success of the business.

About you;

You will have a construction related degree or higher and be professionally qualified. You will be used to running larger high valued projects while working alongside the senior members. Ideally, you will have knowledge of the aforementioned sectors and be used to working for a consultancy or in a client-side role. 

Compensation; 

In return you will receive: 

· Circa £90,000

· Discretionary bonus
