Our new Vision and Asset Management Strategy shifts our focus to improving both the quality and desirability of our homes and uses our investment approach to support regeneration and create sustainable communities.  The plans and resources are now in place and what is required is the right kind of leader to harness this to deliver a great customer experience.

As the new Deputy Director, you will be a crucial part of Trivallis’ senior leadership team, ensuring the business delivers strong performance and achieves its Vision. You will play a key role in the delivery of the new Asset Management Strategy, improving our homes, shaping service delivery and fostering relationships with our many partners and stakeholders.  Your creative thinking will help overcome any challenges so that nothing stands in the way of your desire to change people’s homes, lives and communities for the better.

With strong technical skills you will be able to provide clear direction and effective leadership to the Heads of Service. You will fully appreciate the importance of the customer in the overall journey and keep a focus on how the service impacts on the customer and their lives too, always being able to demonstrate value for money.

The successful candidate will have a relevant professional qualification and extensive experience of all aspects of the asset management function including repairs, voids and compliance. You will have a successful track record of operating at a strategic level either as a Deputy Director or Senior Manager with the confidence to negotiate and influence effectively with all stakeholders. You will also be able to demonstrate strong financial and commercial acumen, have sound contract management capabilities and fully grasp the link between homes and neighbourhoods.

If this sounds like you and you feel that you could be a great fit for this role then we would be keen to hear from you.

The closing date for receipt of applications is 5.00pm on 19th October 2018

Interviews are provisionally planned for 12th November 2018
