THE JOB

• Active property management of FRI residential and commercial properties including lease terms, licences, deeds of variation etc.
• Direct management of licences to alter, deed of variations and customer enquiries relating to leases and covenants,
• Providing advice on portfolio acquisitions and disposals
• Transparent stakeholder reporting.
• Collaboration with wider management and service teams (block service charge and annual tenancy managers) to ensure high levels of customer service delivery and focus.
• Providing clients with advice and recommendation on refurbishment, development, lease re gear and asset enhancement opportunities - REAL ASSET MANAGEMENT!
• Financial reporting on the portfolio
• Provision of medium/long terms strategic advice to clients across their portfolios in conjunction with their goals
• Cross sell the skills and services of the other divisions to existing and potential clients.

THE PERSON

• MRICS
• Residential and/or commercial asset management/property management experience would be essential
• Agency, valuation and investment experience would be useful…This role would suit a General Practice surveyor
• Experience/understanding of residential leasehold reform
• Residential & commercial landlord & tenant law knowledge
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Commercially aware
• Good budgeting and financial skills
• Able to provide high levels of customer service to clients with exacting standards.
• Placemaking experience helpful
