Quantity Surveyor

The Role

My Client is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Mayfair Based team. The projects would vary in both size and sector, mainly focusing on the Residential and Commercial sectors. Experience outside of these sectors will still be considered. You would be part of a small team and expected to visit site alongside conducting typical QS duties.

Salary Circa £50k + Car Allowance, Pension, Bonus.

About You

This role would suit anyone from newly qualified to 4 years' experience.
Current Junior Quantity Surveyors will be strongly considered.
You must be MRICS or CIOB registered.
Both Main Contractor and Consultancy backgrounds are suitable.
PM/EA experience is not essential but would be favoured.
You must be willing to join a small team and work both as an individual and as part of a team.

My Client

I am exclusively working with a top London based Consultancy who have won an influx of work and are now seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. All current Quantity Surveyors are RICS qualified, so in order to be considered you must be either RICS/CIOB qualified already.

The majority of their work is in the Residential and Commercial sector, having covered both high-end aspects of work and traditional.
