Senior Estates Project Manager based in Ashford, 6 month FTC paying circa £44,000 per annum. 2 * Jobs available.

Your new company
One of the largest community health providers in England, who serve a population of about 1.4 million across Kent and 600,000 in East Sussex and London. They provide a wide range of NHS care for people in the community, in a range of settings including people's own homes; nursing homes; health clinics; community hospitals; minor units and in mobile units.

Your new role
You will project manage the planned preventative maintenance program as well as manage the major and minor works program. This can be working on any of the sites the trust own or lease across Kent. You will work with the contractor on behalf of NHS trust as the project manager.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will have proven NHS Estates Experience in a similar role. You will have manager a capital project and have experience of budgetary controls and processes. Experience in interpreting, evaluating and translating information from a variety of sources is essential.
