Building Surveyor

An established independent Surveying Practice based in Leatherhead are seeking a client-focused Building Surveyor to join their expanding team and work across sectors, predominantly focusing on private sector residential properties.

Having recently upgraded to a larger office due to continued company growth since the downturn, this expanding Private Practice offer the full remit of traditional building surveying work and operate throughout Surrey and Greater London.

The Role of the Successful Building Surveyor

  • Due diligence/building surveys
  • Contract administration
  • Dilapidations on behalf of the landlord and tenant
  • Defect diagnosis
  • Specification writing

The Successful Building Surveyor

  • 3+years private practice/consultancy building surveying experience
  • Experience dealing with residential properties
  • MRICS or working towards
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • Strong communication skills
