Principal Project Manager
Bristol
Independent, multi-professional consultancy is seeking to appoint a Principal Project Manager into their Bristol office.
An experienced Project Manager you will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure delivery of the project objectives, working on a range new-build and refurbishment projects in public and private sectors. You will also be involved in business development activities in the region, as a member of their management team.
You will have the aspiration and capability to help drive their business forward and to become their Project Management lead in the South-West of England.
Ideally you will have experience in a similar role within a construction consultancy or client-side, working on public sector projects and a good understanding of forms of building contract (including JCT and NEC3) and experience of contract administration.
The position will require frequent travel to meetings in the South-West and infrequently to other UK locations, therefore a full UK driving licence will also be essential.
