They are now recruiting for an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor or Assistant Building Surveyor for their offices near Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Person Specification:

• You will have a minimum of 12 months of diary entries towards your APC
• You will ideally have experience across a range of industry sectors
• You will be a job runner
• You will have good communication skills and be comfortable liaising with people at all levels
• You will be able to work with a level of independence (although support is freely available from the partners and senior staff)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Within a team environment you will be working on a broad range of of project and professional work, across a number of industry sectors, including; Education, Insurance Reinstatement, Charity, Social Housing

• Undertake a range of professional and project work including Contract Administration (full training will be given as required).
• Run your own jobs (support will be given where required)

Salary & Package:

Our client is offering a salary of up to £36,000 dependent on experience and background.
