Permanent opportunity for a Land Rights Surveyor to join a long established firm in the south west

Your new company
As Land Rights Surveyor you will be joining a long established firm of property consultants based in the south west, with a reputation for managing property & land on behalf of world leading organisations and some of the UK's largest infrastructure projects, including Hinkley Point C.

Your new role
As a Surveyor you will be undertaking the acquisition of land and land rights and will carry out compensation work, helping to deliver pre-entry services to the Hinkley Point C Electricity Connection project. This will involve identification of new sites, liaising with land owners and negotiating around compensation.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you should be able to demonstrate relevant experience in the rural or commercial sector whilst also be able to learn new skills and working methods.
