Blayze Group have been instructed to find a Project Manager by a highly successful, innovative and profitable Residential Developer, specialising in the PRS market across the UK.

With a huge portfolio of new homes either built or under construction, their strategy is to deliver more projects through further geographical growth. This brand-new Project Management role has been created due to increased workload and will be reporting into Director level.

You'll be working within the Development Team and will be managing several residential projects through from site acquisition and planning, responsible for driving the contractor and project plan to a timely completion. You will have demonstrable experience and in-depth understanding of construction contracts, procurement and project management techniques.

Based in London or Birmingham, you'll benefit from a fantastic office environment, working with some of the industry's leading names, and being part of a team who genuinely believe the future is bright! Forecasted projects take the business way beyond the next 5 years, delivering new build residential schemes across the UK.

Ideal candidates will be RICS qualified with a strong background in Project Management and Residential/Housing experience is desirable, as this will be the main focus of the work. However, it is more important that you possess exceptional commercial acumen and an ambition to be the best.
