Fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a vibrant and forward Property Consultancy based in Bath.
My client has a strong presence across the UK and has a strong portfolio of projects moving forward including working in the Leisure, Residential and Commercial sectors. They have recently undergone a period of growth and looking for enthusiastic Quantity Surveyors to join their team.
On the back of their success and expansion plans moving forward they are now looking to recruit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be based from their office in Bath. The Quantity Surveyor will be running his own projects from pre-contract to final account and be given a lot of responsibility moving forward working closely with the Director.
The Quantity Surveyor should be degree qualified and have a minimum of 2 years post grad experience. The Quantity Surveyor should ideally have gained experience working for a PQS consultancy although people with Contracting or Developer experience are also urged to apply. My client is paying a generous salary and benefits package for this role along with fast track opportunities for career progression.
