Intermediate Project Manager

Intermediate Project Manager required to work for an international, multi discipline Property consultancy based in Cardiff.

My client is a diverse and expanding consultancy who operate right across the UK and overseas with experience in new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Health, Education, Retail and Leisure working with both public and private sector clients.  They work on a diverse range of projects with some of the UK flagship clients and have exciting expansion plans for 2019 and beyond.

On the back of their recent expansion they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager for their Cardiff office to get involved in exciting projects ranging in value from £1-20 million.  The Project Manager will be the main representative for the client and be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion.  The Project Manager should be degree qualified and have some consultancy Project Management experience although main contracting experience will also be considered.  This opportunity would suit an Assistant or Intermediate Project Manager looking for progression opportunities and the chance to join a dynamic consultancy which is currently going from strength to strength.  They are also interested in talking to Quantity Surveyors or Building Surveyors looking for that route into Project Management.

The successful Project Manager will be given genuine opportunities to develop especially as their South West and Wales region is currently expanding.  My client is also offering a generous salary plus benefits package including car allowance and looking to appoint the right person immediately.
