Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS)

Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a medium size Consultancy based in London.

My client is a well established construction consultancy with a network of offices covering the UK and overseas.  They offer a diverse range of services including Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Surveying and M&E as well as Health and Safety.  Projects can range from £1million to over £100 million and cover a wide range of sectors in both the private and public sectors working with some of the UK’s flagship clients.

After a strong 2018 and the successful appointment on some of the regions most prestigious developments they are now actively looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based from their Head Office in London.  The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for projects from inception to completion and be the focal point of contact for the client so someone who can inspire confidence is key for this opportunity.  For the right calibre candidate you will also be given a fantastic opportunity to progress to Associate level and beyond in a short time period.

The Quantity Surveyor must come from a consultancy background and have gained experience running projects up to the value of £10 million as a minimum.  The successful candidate should ideally be a member of the RICS although this is not essential.  They must also have a 'can do' attitude, be client facing and confident in leading meetings.  My client is offering a generous salary and benefits package as well as opportunities to progress for the right individuals.  This is a unique chance to join one of the leading consultancies in the UK and work on some exciting and market leading projects proving fantastic opportunities for career progression.
