An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly technical Technical Manager, to join the development team of a leading PRS developer. Based from central London, with exciting PRS and student accommodation schemes all over the UK.
Join a fast growing and forward thinking, dynamic real estate team, looking to appoint an experienced technical manager. Someone who really understands the development cycle, and has an extremely technical eye for detail, who will be able to critique design and offer creative solutions and value engineering, whilst best not compromising the quality of the product.
This role would suit someone who is perhaps already a technical manager for a large house builder, PRS or student accommodation developer/provider, looking to work for a smaller and more boutique style of developer.
