Senior Quantity Surveyor, London
An independent Quantity Surveying practice in Central London are seeking an intelligent Senior Quantity Surveyor eager to progress towards Director and Partner level.
Working closely with the other Quantity Surveying Directors, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the completion of private sector projects whilst also managing a small Quantity Surveyor team.
Projects usually involve high end residential, commercial (Cat B and new build) and heritage.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role
- Running your own projects with supervision
- Producing bills of quantities
- Contract administration
- Some fund monitoring
- Pre and post cost management
- Assisting the Directors
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- RICS accredited degree
- 5+ years UK QS experience
- Able to produce Bills of Quantities
- Contract administration experience is beneficial
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
- Confident
- Client facing
