QUANTITY SURVEYOR

The Role

My Client is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their business. This individual will work directly under a senior, being guided and supervised along their journey. The projects could range from £5m to £25m in size and would allow you to have exposure across the whole life cycle. You would be expected to visit site, attend client meetings and contribute to the project delivery with a low level of responsibility. The projects would vary across sectors, mainly focusing on; Residential, Commercial, Mixed use and some more unique work; such as galleries and churches.

About You

Ideally you would be either in university able to work on a day release or recently graduated. My Client is very open to individuals with no experience whatsoever or with a few years of experience within consultancy. You would be well suited to working as part of a team as well as individually.

If you have experience outside of the sectors listed above you will still be considered.

This could be a fantastic opportunity for someone trying to get their foot in the door and start their career within Quantity Surveying.

Salary £25-35k + car allowance

My Client has circa 80 employees, based over four offices. They are known for their support for graduated and internal staff, very keen on growing their team's potential. They take huge pride in their work across a real variety of projects. You would be supported through university (if currently attending a related course) and then through your APC if you wish to become chartered.
