Our team of 16 in the Cambridge office handle an interesting and varied caseload across a varied operational property portfolios comprising over 750 assets with a combined value of £0.9bn.  

The portfolio offers the chance to be involved in exciting and innovative projects ensuring the best management of existing property assets to support service provision, driving efficiencies and providing opportunities for capital and revenue returns.

We are looking for Commercial Asset Surveyors to work in a team of general practice/commercial surveyors dealing with sales, acquisitions, valuations and landlord and tenant work.

You should be a qualified property professional with experience in the public or private sectors and have a strong commercial focus. The working environment is interesting, challenging and offer considerable autonomy, responsibility and opportunities for career development and progression.
