Capstone is recruiting on behalf of one of the most successful cost and project management consultancies to have been established in the last 10 years, pioneering within the industry. Our client's presence within the developer and investor markets resonates particularly within the residential, hotels and leisure industry.
Our client requires an Associate Cost Manager to accompany them in taking their business to the next level in terms of leadership and business development. Paired with successful year on year growth, profitable prospects for cost managers resonate where the turnover of the business is split equally between cost and project managers.
About you:
A demonstrable track record within the consultancy world is required, with experience working within the developer and investor sectors. Involvement with large-scale residential, student accommodation or hotel projects would also be desirable.
Technical knowledge of Quantity Surveying in a lead role on major projects (£100m plus) is essential, teamed with responsibility for £500k plus worth of fees and account management of clients to obtain repeat business.
