About The Company

The opportunity to work with the leading property management consultancy, providing specialist services across the UK. This firm has 10 offices in the UK and expanding their reach across Europe, to deliver unparalleled service within the property industry by solely focusing on the fundamentals of building consultancy and property management.

About The Role

This role will give you the opportunity to manage the portfolio of some of the most prestigious retailers in London. Providing exceptional service to our clients across a mixture of infamous shopping centers and retail parks.

This service includes but is not limited to:

• managing and building relationships between the tenants and clients.
• Managing rental income and service charge budgets
• Make sure tenants comply with lease obligations
• Providing regular reports to clients on the property management service
• Other ad hoc duties when the role requires

About You

- ideally an experienced property management within the retail industry with 2 years PQE

• An enthusiastic and positive team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous exposure of reconciliation, service charge budgets and ensuring tenant compliance with lease obligations.
• A Charted Surveyor (MRICS) is preferred but not essential
