About The Company

The opportunity to work with the leading Property Management consultancy, providing specialist services across the UK. This firm has various offices in the UK and expanding their reach across Europe, to deliver unparalleled service within the property industry by solely focusing on the fundamentals of Building Consultancy and Property Management.

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for Property Management services for our clients across the UK. You will manage a mixed portfolio of retail, offices and industrial estates. This role is highly client facing and social and you will be responsible for a prestigious fund.

This service includes but is not limited to;

• Site inspections
• Risk management
• Collection of service charge, rent and insurance collection
• Managing and building relationships between the tenants and clients.
• Other ad hoc duties when the role requires

About You

• Preferably MRICS
• Ideally 4 years Commercial Property Management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
