Associate Director - Corporate Fit-out - London

Due to growth a fantastic opportunity has become available for an Associate Director to work on two of our key client accounts.

This newly created position will offer the right Associate Director the chance to work, initially, on two key clients of ours who are internationally known. Whilst simultaneously delivering on these accounts you will be leading bids, responsible for business development and running a small team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assisting the Project Director on a range of tasks, to include:

  • Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking
  • Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
  • Producing project plans
  • Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
  • Tracking and documenting changes
  • Preparing written project communication materials
  • Preparing formal project progress and other reports
  • Liaising with the client, contractors and designers
  • Attending meetings and drafting minutes, etc

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Associate Director with experience on corporate fit-out schemes including CAT A and CAT B
  • Experience on fast track projects
  • Successfully delivered fit-out projects from £10m++
  • Ideally you will have worked with leading consultancies
  • Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
