Senior Project Manager - Consultancy

A multi-disciplined construction and development practice, based in Kent are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their already successful team. This is located a short distance from Maidstone.

The Project Manager

As the Senior Project Manager, you will ideally have 5+ years post qualification experience preferably with MRICS or MAPM, as well as:

• Client facing, well presented and articulate
• Construction related degree and Construction Consultancy experience
• Demonstrable track record in the housing sector

The Role

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be managing and be responsible for the delivery of major development projects. This will include the key processes, risk management and change control. You will ensure timely delivery of the project and within budget.

A well-respected Construction and Property Consultancy, who have been established for over 20 years. They pride themselves on delivering a high-quality service to a variety of new and established clients.

PLEASE NOTE: This role will only be suitable for someone with current or extremely recent UK Construction experience working for a Consultancy and MUST have operated in a CLIENT FACING ROLE in a Project Management Capacity.
