Chartered Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Required for a Cost Consultancy Firm in Abu Dhabi, UAE:

1.      Chartered Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Bachelor Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent, with 10 years’ Experience (after grad.) in quantity surveying, BoQ’s preparation, cost estimation, cost management and contract administration.

Chartered status is preferable.

Software; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Cost X is required. BIM would be an advantage.

2.       Quantity Surveyor:

Bachelor Degrees in quantity surveying or equivalent, with 5 years’ Experience (after grad.) in quantity surveying, BoQ’s preparation, cost estimation and contract administration.

Software; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Cost X is required. BIM would be an advantage.
