Blayze Group have been instructed by a Manchester based real estate consultancy to recruit a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor to join their well-established Valuation team where you will benefit from fantastic support, mentoring and development.

Due to an increased work load coming from institutional funds, financial institutions and local investor/developers our client is looking to grow their Valuations team with the addition of another Valuation Surveyor / Senior Valuation Surveyor.

As a Valuation Surveyor / Senior Surveyor you will be providing commercial & residential valuation services to a range of private and corporate clients. Valuations will be for Loan Security, Portfolio and Accounting purposes and property types will cover retail, office and industrial sectors.

Successful applicants will need to be able to demonstrate that they have experience in carrying out commercial and/or residential valuations and possess the drive and enthusiasm to work within a dynamic, highly talented team.
