Blayze Group have been instructed by a market leading consultancy who are looking to add a Surveyor/Senior to their Asset & Property Management team. Our client works with the very best clients including investors, developers and institutions and due to their respective acquisition programmes they require an individual to assist in the management of these fantastic portfolios.

As an Asset & Property Management Surveyor you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial portfolios across retail, office and industrial sectors which will involve managing service charge budgets, rent collections, dealing with tenant queries, property inspections etc.

In addition, you will also be required to identify initiatives to add value, make recommendations to improve efficiencies as well as further enhance our client's brand and develop business with existing and new clients.
