Blayze Group are delighted to be once again working with one of our most esteemed clients who have established a proven track record in residential development and regeneration. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit an additional Land Manager / Development Manager to the team.

Not only has our client delivered a staggering amount of housing in recent years but also facilities that have transformed communities. Far from standing still our client is now targeting an accelerated rate of delivery and are therefore looking for a Development Manager / Land Manager to assist with their expansion plans.

As a Land Manager / Development Manager will be given full responsibility of the development process, from initial site assessment through to handover. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing development opportunities
- Preparing appraisal and projecting potential values
- Overseeing planning applications
- Managing external professional teams
