A great opportunity within a Major Property Holder in the Leicester area. As the Senior Surveyor you will be responsible for all aspects of L+T professional work with the growing portfolio, as well as assisting with their planned developments.
Client Details
My client is a Major Property Holder based in the Leicester area. With plans to expand their existing Commercial and Residential portfolio they are looking to add to their highly experienced and efficient Property Team.
Description
The role comprises of two main components. Firstly providing support on all aspects of Professional General Practice work with their expanding Commercial and Residential portfolio. Alongside this you will be responsible for the management of the development program, engaging with external stake holders, teams and consultants to progress the developments.
Profile
- An experienced Commercial Surveyor (MRICS desired but not essential)
- Experience of Development Processes and feasibility studies
- Client facing with strong negotiating skills
- Able to lead and manage internal & external teams

Up to £42,00 + strong pension
